I have recently changed my computer and have been trying to work out how to install the software on my new computer. I eventually managed to find the order details but there was this description on the page – “The HUP program code associated with this HUP purchase has expired, The install Link and Product Key for this product are no longer accessible.
If you believe this message to be in error please contact customer service. Now I know my employers are still in the scheme because I tried to repurchase the software, but of course was not able to as according to Microsoft I had already purchased it.
What can I do? I can’t even remember if I actually backed it up, but even if it did, I don’t know if it would work on my new computer. Has anyone got any suggestions for me? Microsoft office professional plus 2016 hup download link free download
I am in the process of changing my laptop and want to transfer Office to my new laptop but have hit some problems. Although I still work for the same organisation, I changed my work email address a couple of years ago and so don’t have access to the old one.
Also it didn’t come with a licence key as far as I can see as I have no record of it. I have the original order email, which has the order number, etc which came to my personal email address as thats how it worked but no other info. There is a ‘link’ in the order email which downloads an Officesetup.

It used to be a program to purchase a perpetual license version at a very deep discount. Now it allows a steep discount on Office Home, pricing it about the same as the personal edition. Use those on the new computer. Note that the HUP license is limited to use on one computer at a time and limited to the time you are employed with the HUP sponsor.
